Lexsys Networks Inc.
responds to emergency requests for service within one hour on an immediate basis 24 hours a day including weekends and holidays. (The response depends on the coverage of the maintenance contract. Business service or time & material customers can receive the 24-hour services on a time & material basis). An emergency is deemed to exist when one or more of the following occurs:
  • Total system failure
  • Central Processor out of service
  • Main answering position unable to process calls
  • 25% or more stations or lines inoperative
  • 25% or more voice mail ports inoperative
  • A major system alarm
  • Failure of any ACD queue
  • Total failure of any Nortel application
Lexsys Networks Inc. responds to a routine (non emergency) request for service including Moves, Adds or Changes (MAC) Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm excluding statutory holidays. These same services are available after normal business at with Lexsys Networks Inc. published rates.

Business Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Monday to Friday except statutory holidays
  • $80.00 minimum charge
  • $80.00 0n-site hourly rate
  • $40.00 minimum remote charge
Non-Standard Hours:
  • 5:01 - 7:59 Monday to Friday and all day Saturday
  • $120.00 minimum charge
  • $120.00 on-site hourly rate
Sunday and Statutory Holidays
  • $160.00 minimum charge
  • $160.00 on-site charge
Charges for customers under Time and Material contracts

Telco charges $80.00 per order (Unless under maintenance contract with Lexsys Networks Inc.)

Charges for customers under Time and Material contracts $100.00 per hour normal business hours. $150.00 per hour outside of normal business hours. $200.00 per hour Sundays and Statutory Holidays.
